How long does it take to receive my canvas print?
From the time you approve your proof it takes 5-7 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for rush shipping.
How long does it take to receive my digital download?
Digital download are available immediately after purchase. The download link will only work 5 times before it times out. If you run into any issues please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your shipping or billing address.
Where do I input my promotional code/group buying voucher?
Place your order as usual and when you reach the cart page enter your promotional code in the box labelled “Enter group buy voucher/promo code here”.
CARE AND USE
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.
How do I clean/maintain my canvas?
The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster.
I need my product by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need your product by a certain date, please indicate it in the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way, contact us at email@example.com with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.
Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?
Yes, we will email you once your order has shipped with your FedEx tracking number.
What are your shipping options?
2-5 business days for print products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve included shipping times at checkout. Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We use FedEx.
My product has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of damage if possible and contact us. We will pay to ship back and ship out a reprint ASAP.
Why do you charge my credit card before my product has been produced?
Because everything we make is custom and produced on-demand, we must bill you in advance before beginning work.
I cancelled my order, why haven’t I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Contact us for an ETA.
